This week the children have enjoyed travelling into space with our new spaceship. They have learnt about the planets and the solar system. We are going to continue with this topic over the next few weeks so if you have anything interesting at home that can support this please send it in.
A new aspect to the revised EYFS is to support children with dental hygiene. This week Mia's mummy, who is a dental nurse came to talk to the children about their teeth. Mia was able to tell the children about all aspect of dental hygiene and we would like to thank her mummy for spending the time with us.
On Thursday we had a minutes silence to remember people who help us and make sure that we are safe. The children did this by closing their eyes and sitting quietly. They actually managed a whole minute!
Next week we are going to start to learn our Christmas songs so watch out Santa's about!
